Returns & Exchanges

At CO, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
